Working with Cinthia at GreatFlorida was the best experience I could ask for when looking for an insurance agent. My mother and I kept receiving concerning letters from our home insurance company, we de not know what to do, or who to speak with. Our past agent never answered the phone!!! On the other hand, Cinthia was great, she was quick to get our insurance, and find out what the issue was. She was communicative throughout the entire processed and made sure to explain to us what was wrong. Overall a great experience, I couldn’t be more satisfied.

I don’t tend to leave reviews but I had such a great experience working with these ladies that I had to share it for others to know. I’m someone who values time a lot and i was notified of things with time , plenty of reminders , very understanding workers and the feeling that we all seek , the feeling that the workers genuinely want to help versus just meeting numbers .
